Rachele was fantastic to deal with. She found a buyer for our home within 2 weeks after another agent had no success after several months. Rachele is a "no bull" realtor, she will not fill you with promises she can't possibly keep nor will she do what some agents do with respect to listing price. If you want an agent that will list it outrageously high just to get the listing then repeatedly call you asking to drop the price every two weeks month after month then Rachele is certainly NOT the agent for you. Rachele was very prompt in responding to my messages when finding a house even If I sent them early in the morning. For the house I did end up buying she was able to get me in the next day which allowed us to be the first to put in the offer. Her experience of the area and knowledge in the cost of repairs was also super helpful in negotiating with the seller.
